Twenty five years running. Then something shifted.

For 25 years, Rafi built a career across Asia and Africa. Titles came. Recognition came. Best Employee, Samsung India in 2010. Externally the picture was complete. Internally, he was managing something no promotion could reach.

The practice is secular. Rafi teaches the neuroscience and the technique. There is no ritual, no belief system and no spiritual framework involved. The MIND™ framework draws on the same mindfulness research used in clinical settings at Harvard Medical School and the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
