I was the person no one could see was struggling.

For twenty years I built a career that looked like everything it was supposed to be. Titles. Recognition. New markets. Bigger roles across Asia and Africa. Externally — success. Internally — quietly terrified. Not of failure. Of the gap between who I appeared to be and what I was actually feeling becoming visible to someone who mattered.

In 2005, my body made the argument my mind had been refusing to hear. A panic attack. Not metaphorical.

What followed wasn't a clean recovery. It was seventeen years of learning — through Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, through Breathworks UK — that the mind is not a fixed thing. That what I needed could have been taught.

Wellness workshops provide relief. MindFarm builds capacity. A one-day session is forgotten by Friday. The MIND® Athlete Programme is an 8-week curriculum that builds a lasting skill — the same way physical training works.
Coaching addresses what you do — strategy, behaviours, decisions. MindFarm addresses the inner state you're operating from when you do it. Both are valuable, but they work at different levels.
No. Start with the 90-minute Taming the Monkey Mind taster and decide from there. Most participants who do the taster choose to continue — not because they're pushed to, but because they feel the difference.
